In your area of expertise, you have things that you are so good at, you don’t even know that you’re doing them. They just come naturally to you.
That’s called unconscious competence.
If you can figure out what those things are that you do so well, and then systemize your process so that other people can do it too, you’ve got the key to gold.
You end up with what I call your Unique Branded System (UBS).
A couple of mine include my Speak-to-Sell Signature Talk Formula and my Five P’s for a Profitable Preview Call.
Those were processes I did naturally, and then looked back and figured out how I could systemize them and teach them to others. (For years, my ability to systemize was another unconscious competence.)
The first step to finding your UBS is discovering your process.
