Give Passion and Gain Profit with Clients You Love

Let’s face it. We all dream of a business filled with clients we love and to whom we can passionately contribute our expertise. And the crème de la crème is when we are paid handsomely to do it.

For some it feels like picking the trifecta at the racetrack…a total long shot. But it doesn’t have to be that way. In fact, making this happen for you this year can be quite straightforward.

The best way I’ve found to line up great clients that I love working with and who are willing to invest in themselves and take action, is by pulling together a small event filled with clients who already know, like and trust me. Yes, people who invested in my coaching, products or programs in the past, and didn’t go forward because, frankly, I just didn’t have more to offer at the time.

Sound familiar?

We’ve all come to the place where our program ended and we had nothing ready to offer as a next step. Or we were coaching someone and it was time to complete that coaching agreement. Nothing was wrong, it just felt done, and there was no bigger program for them to step into.

Here’s the great news. There’s no statute of limitations on serving your past clients. You can go back to them with something new and great at any time!!!

That’s what gets me so excited about what I teach at Event Profit Secrets. Small Events = Big Money

People often think that they need to have at least 100 attendees in order to make their live event worthwhile, but that’s just not so. I regularly see live events with only 12-18 people in the room bringing in $50,000-$100,000.

It’s the difference between struggling all year to make 6-figures, or doing it in one weekend. Yes! 6-Figs and a year’s worth of awesome clients in just one weekend happens all the time.

One of the secrets for having your own small event gross big money is to fill it, as I said, with clients who already know, like and trust you. You can plan to hold your small event at your home, a hotel or your favorite spa location. Then you want to come up with a next-level course for your attendees to invest in. This usually involves a 6-12 month group coaching or mastermind program that furthers or deepens the education you started at your event.

The last time I offered such a course, I had 18 people at a spa called Miraval and 4 of the 18 participants signed up for my yearlong mastermind program, including one at the diamond level, so it ended up being a very nice six-figure event, and, more important, I adore the 4 new clients I get to work with as a result.

Creating your own five- or six-figure small event is easier than you might think. At Event Profit Secrets, we walk you through every step from how to fill it to how to structure it to how to monetize every step of it. In the meantime, to get you started right away, follow these steps:

1. Identify the clients to invite. Your ideal participants are clients who have invested in your products, programs or coaching in the past.

2. Consider offering your small event as a bonus. Look to see what products, programs or coaching offers you are making now have a high-enough value to warrant adding your upcoming event as a bonus to that investment.

3. Start to vision the offer you’ll make at your event. Begin to imagine what your 6-12 month mastermind or mentorship program would include. What is the work you always wish you had time to do with people? Where do you feel your people need more or deeper support? What are the things you would include if you had the time and resources, such as adventure travel or personal development experiences?
