When I say “tribe,” I’m talking about the people who are interested and invested in the same things that you are, the people who speak your same language.
In my business, we have a tribe called the Sales, Authenticity & Success Mastermind program (aka Sassy). It’s loaded with heart-centered entrepreneurs from around the world who want to get their expertise out in an authentic and non-salesy way.
Basically, they want to make big money doing what they love, and we’re using the models that we’ve created in our business to help them do that.
Hundreds of these entrepreneurs, we call them Sassies, have come for the teaching and systems, but they stay for the tribe.
It’s evident that when they do leave our tribe, others don’t speak the same language. They don’t understand what they’re up to, and they can’t provide support in that special Sassy way.
So, make sure that when you’re looking to grow and be supported, take the time and effort to find your tribe. The training is important, yes, but it’s the tribe that you’ll love.
