This time of year, I always do a really fun and powerful practice of wrapping up the old year and welcoming in the new one.
I pull out the notebook that I’ve dedicated to this process, so that I can refer to it year after year.
At the top of a page, I write down every accomplishment that I can think of from the year before.
I include achievements in every part of my life: personal, financial, family related, educational, work related, vacations, etc. If I overcame something or got rid of something that wasn’t working in my life, I record it.
Then on another piece of paper, I make a list of what I want to happen in the new year. I dream big and small, and write them all down. It’s easy to see how some of my desires are going to happen, but for others, I have no idea how they could manifest. That doesn’t matter; if I want them, I record them all in the notebook.
When the process feels complete, I close the book, put it away where I’m sure to find it next December/January, and then don’t look at it until the next new year, when I sit down to do this practice again.
When I reopen that book a year later, it always amazes me, because 80% to 90% of the things on my wish list have manifested!
Try it for yourself and see what just that level of confidence can do to manifest great things in your life.
