One of the things I love about my business is the ability to work from home.
I consider my business to be a hybrid model as opposed to an Internet-marketing model because I use the Internet, the telephone and live speaking to invite clients into my work — and then my work is delivered through the Internet, the telephone and, as many of you know, live trainings. Today I want to focus on how I use the Internet and the telephone, but stay tuned for more on live speaking in upcoming articles.
Here are three ways that I use the Internet and the telephone to help clients discover what I do.
3 Ways I Expand My Reach (and how you can too!)
1. Preview Calls. As I shared in the last feature article, I use the telephone to do preview calls. This is a way that I can touch thousands of people from the comfort of my home, give great content and invite people into my work. 2. Strategy Sessions. Many of my clients and I use my ACTION Sales Secrets model to bring people into our higher levels of training. This is a place where we use the telephone. In this model, prospective clients are invited to a complimentary strategy session, and after we’ve determined if and how we can help them, only if it’s a fit, we’ll make an offer of an appropriate direction. I call this an active discovery process. There are other processes on the market — of course, I happen to love ours. 3. You’re looking at it! My ezine. I love my ezine. It just feels like such a great way that I can serve people, get my work out into the world, and have the right people, just like you, get ongoing benefit from my expertise. As you’ve noticed, it’s also a way for me to keep you informed of my latest products and programs and recommend other people whom I think you’d want to know about.
I highly recommend using an ezine in your business. It’s a great marketing tool, an excellent way to contribute and a fantastic leveraging tool when you want to start promoting other people and having them promote you!
