This is the time of year when I naturally reflect upon what I’m grateful for and what’s most important to me going into the New Year.
And if there’s one thing I thank my lucky stars for it’s that I figured out early in my business how to build my own tribe of amazing, empowered entrepreneurs, who are up to big things in the world.
It’s very powerful to find your own tribe — that group of like-minded people around you, all vibrating in the same frequency. A group that is learning, growing and providing help and support while being invested with time, money and energy for a common purpose.
While finding your own tribe is amazing, even better is to build a tribe around you and your area of expertise.
There are really only two ways to do that:
1. One by One
Talking to prospects individually can work for filling small group coaching programs, but if you’re aiming higher than that and have plans to grow, you can imagine the coordination and constant marketing effort it would take to get everybody on board, all starting at the same time. So if reaching a large group and rapid growth are your goals, this option may not be sustainable as your only approach.
2. Get Them All Together
Far better is to get everybody together live, such as at an event, retreat or workshop, and then use a structure to create an experience that they won’t want to end. There’s really nothing like the power of people seeing you in action to leave them wanting more. Then, just invite them to turn that three-day experience with you into a six months-, nine months-, or year-long group coaching, mentorship or mastermind program.
And if you’re thinking that event has to be large, that’s just not so. Even small events of 12-18 people can go a long way toward filling your program.
If you’re ready to lead and serve a tribe that values the work you do and is willing to invest in a long-term, high-level relationship as your student, Event Profit Secrets may be the place for you.
