Natural Limits

Limiters are crucial to on-the-spot sales, and used well, they can be a catalyst for people to say yes to their own transformation.

limitersYet, a lot of heart-centered entrepreneurs shy away from limiters because they don’t want to be seen as pushy or salesy.

I agree that you have to use limiters well. You want to create tension not pressure.

One of the keys to not appearing pushy or salesy is that your limiter be natural. It’s a real limit of either time or quantity.

Here’s what I mean:
If you have a course approaching, there’s a genuine limit of time, because the course is starting very soon, so any bonuses or discounts tied to that will feel natural.

If you believe in the power of decisive action, like I do, it’s natural that you would want to acknowledge and reward those who take action through your “fast-action” discount or bonus.

You likely don’t have an unending supply of your special bonus, so it’s natural that only the first X number of people to register would get it.

Natural limits pervade every venture you’ll ever do. So if you start looking, it won’t take you very long to find a limiter that you could tie to your offer and use to encourage your ideal clients to say YES.
