How Well Is Your Sales Conversion Machine Working?

By that I mean, a streamlined, super-efficient business model for turning that time, effort and expense into sales—without being salesy.

At the heart of our model is the Irresistible Offer™, and all of your business activities are reverse engineered to point to it. (As a reminder, your offer is the transformation or outcome that you uniquely provide combined with how you provide that outcome. And then you make that offer irresistible to your ideal clients in such a way that they actually thank you for it, versus feeling sold to or that you’re pushy or desperate.)

In our sales conversion machine, speaking is the #1 way that we lead to our Irresistible Offer. I use my Signature Talk™ at live events, of course, but also on teleseminars, webinars, videos, podcasts, and even in interviews. I can take elements from my Signature Talk and apply it to any format, and since it’s already pointed toward the Irresistible Offer, no matter what I’m doing, I’m attracting my ideal clients and making sales. The other two aspects of our sales conversion machine are high-ticket one-on-one selling and online promotion and delivery.

The bottom line is, if you don’t have a way to convert sales in any situation, you’re spending lots of money and time doing activities related to collecting leads and attracting potential clients, but you’re not converting them into paying clients, and you never get to make the real difference for them that you know is yours to make.

  1. How are you currently attracting your Ideal Clients?
  2. How confident are you in your ability to communicate your value to your Ideal Clients?
  3. How do you attempt to enroll your Ideal Clients? What is your Irresistible Offer?
  4. Do you have a high-end offer? If so, what is your process for moving your clients toward it? (teleseminars, live events, one-on-one strategy sessions, etc.)
  5. In terms of your dedication, time, and resources, how committed are you to achieving your goals?
