Connie Higgins-Batsell Asks: I am a licensed massage therapist with 12 years of experience. I also have a Masters degree in counseling. I want to integrate these 2 fields and do bodywork counseling. I am not for sure how to do a teleseminar since my career path involves actual hands on work. You suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
It’s very doable. You are looking to discover your system for transformation. I suggest that you use your one-on-one massage clients as a research lab to discover what you say over and over again with ALL your clients. These are your “raps”. Once discovered, you simply pull them out of the 1:1 sessions (because it’s part of what you do with everyone), and you put those into a more leveraged format like a pre-recorded session with assignments that clients do either before or after their 1:1 session with you. Once you pull this piece out of your 1:1 session, you can shorten your hands-one time, which makes you more leveraged and able to go deeper, and serve more people in less time. Once you’ve identified your system for transformation that becomes the basis of signature talk. With a signature talk in hand you can get out speaking as a guest on tele-summits as well as other live and virtual stages to increase your reach.
