[Nail Your Offer Nugget] 3 important sales per client
Last month I had the honor of participating in a Mastermind Call with business icon, Brian Tracy and the value bombs were flying so fast that I could barely type fast enough! I love the way he simplifies complex topics.
Case in point….
Brian says that with every client there are 3 important sales to pay attention to.
The first is the sale that turns the prospect into a client. For many this is the hardest one. That’s where my Nail Your Offer work is invaluable.
The second is when that client renews or invests in an upsell opportunity with you. This one is important because it affirms that the client is happy with your service and the outcomes from it, so much so that they want more.
The third is when the client refers you. For me this can be the most satisfying as it shows that the client is so confident in what I provide that they want others they care about to have access to my systems and advice.
Brian shared that we need to be constantly improving the quality of our offer and making it easier to get results than ever before.
I wholeheartedly agree!
And finally he asked, “What benefit does a person get from you that they can’t get from anyone else, and faster and more predictably.”
As you can see, value bombs galore!
It’s truly an honor to share and receive wisdom from Brian who has been both my mentor and my client and now, a lifelong friend.
